Finally spoke with my long lost friend Joyce today, it was so nice to hear her voice. She is working hard on her farm raising the chickens cutting fences, baking bread and taking care of her children. I have always admire her hard work and determination she is so amazing. Dennis is napping and I have one of my favorite movies "The Quiet Man" playing on the TV. Dad is doing fine today and he is content to rest and enjoy his peace, quiet and snacks. I am making headway at work organizing my days and my new manager is a pleasure. My girls are happy and my grandaughter is giving her mother hell (I am enjoying that). I had a heart to heart with my Auntie yesterday and I feel we are making headway. I appreciate the effort she is making.
Dennis is having an angiogram on the 19th and I am relieved he is having it because we lost his mother and his brother last month. Our emotions are still raw with our family members passing but we are struggling to control our sadness. A former co-worker is in the hospital and suffering my heart goes out to her and her family. We're hangin in there.
